A series of abstract paintings in progress from Prague in 2013 to the present. Based on space, audio-visual and olfactory stimulation, the inner world is expanded and expressed. Inspired by the cafes and wine bars in Prague, the alleys I walked every day, the smell of the air, and the noise of the street, I sketched images on the iPad using automatic techniques and transferred the sketches to canvas. These mixed sensations form a world in the unconscious and are automatically recorded as a colour map.

2013년 프라하에서 부터 현재까지 작업 중인 추상화 연작. 공간과 시청각 또 후각적 자극을 바탕 삼아 내면의 세계를 확장하고 그 세계를 표현한다. 프라하의 단골 카페, 와인바, 매일 걷던 골목길들, 공기의 냄새, 거리의 소음 등 뒤섞인 감각이 전해주는 이미지를 자동 기술법으로 아이패드에 스케치하고, 그 스케치를 캔버스로 옮긴 작업. 이렇게 뒤섞인 감각은 무의식 속에서 하나의 세계를 형성하며, 자동적으로 색채 지도로서 기록된다.
